Our “Big Boy” line of Stationary Dough Chunkers, Chippers (Kibblers), and Sheeters have large capacity live-bottom hoppers with independent speed controls for both the live-bottom conveyor belt as well as the drive powering the chunking, chipping, or sheeting action—-giving you and your production team far greater control on dough management.

Model #3400 units are tilters only—-whereas the Model #3500 units are both lift and then tilt dough payloads creating additional space under the unit off of the mixing room floor.
